brianna jeffries is 4 years old and needs a liver transplant she has been on the waiting list for 6 months now. she is my nephews aunt and she is such a pretty little girl. the make a wish foundation is sending her to disney world. i was hurt to hear that because that means they dont think she will make it. if you want to see how she looks here is a link [link]
